Sorry this post is a little late... this meal planning thing comes up on me fast!
Sunday: Grilled Santa Maria Tri-Tip Roast with Baked Potatoes, Steamed Asparagus, Rolls, and Banana Cream Pie with Banana Graham Crust and Whipped Cream.
Monday: Pork Chops and Apples in Mustard Sauce (new recipe) with Green Beans
Tuesday: My Favorite Lasagna with mixed vegetables
Wednesday: Leftovers! (I realized I had way too much food if I make something every night).
Thursday: Cheese Enchiladas with corn
Weekend: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Tomato Soup
p.s. For all those of you who live in the Ogden, UT vicinity, Snider's Family Meats is a great place to get meat. It's much better quality than at the regular grocery store and usually cheaper. I linked to their web page on the tri-tip roast above. Their store is on Harrison by Weber State and McKay Dee Hospital.

Sounds yummy. Reading this menu I've come to the conclusion that I need a personal chef. For some reason the tomato soup and grilled cheese sounds so good right now. The recipe looks easy. I'll have to try it. By the way, I have an opening for a personal chef position are you interested?
You may want to use regular V-8 if you make this for the little kiddies (Spicy V-8 is pretty dang spicy). But it is super easy and I like it better than tomato soup I've made with fresh tomatoes.
Anyway, my services are quite expensive and I'm in VERY high demand. Have your people call my people. :D
