Today's Special: August 2nd-8th

As a follow-up from last week, the Southwest Chicken and Black Bean Soup was really good. Though I think I'll shred the chicken next time instead of cutting it in strips, just for aesthetic reasons.

Here's this weeks' plan:

Sunday: Fresh baked trout with leftover potato salad and fruit & cream salad.

Monday: Leftover Black Bean soup

Tuesday: Tuna Casserole

Wednesday: Spaghetti with French Bread

Thursday: Leftovers

Weekend: Chicken Fried Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
